It’s a place where you can learn fun and powerful breathing tools to help your body and mind feel good. We are excited to share with you our short videos, calming breathwork techniques, and simple movements. Here. you will learn how to:

  • get more energy in the morning

  • calm down when big feelings show up

  • relax your body at bedtime

  • feel safe, strong, and in control inside your body

  • connect with yourself, your breath, and feel powerful and in control

These practices are easy to follow and made just for you! Try these before school, after your done playing, when you feel overwhelmed, worry or scared, or anytime you need a second to reset.
