Before we can guide our children through big emotions, we must know how to navigate our own. This page is designed to help you learn how to regulate your nervous system through breathwork, so you can show up calm, grounded, and present, even on the most challenging days.

Here, you will find short videos and guided breathwork practices made specifically for adults. These tools fit into your everyday life and can help during morning chaos, after-school overwhelm, bedtime struggles, stressful workdays, or when emotions run high. When you can calm your own nervous system first, your child feels it. Your calm becomes their calm.

Breathwork for Dopamine Reset & Focus

Rhythmic activating breath

Intention:
Increase dopamine, break scrolling habits, increase motivation

When to Use:
After scrolling, low motivation, morning reset, mid-day reset
