The Author
Stephanie Fox is a writer, mother, and advocate for conscious parenting. A mother of twin boys, Jordan and Brody, Steph’s greatest lessons have come from her family’s own healing journey.
After years of navigating trauma, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and the challenges of modern family life, Steph and her husband discovered the transformative power of breathwork and nervous system regulation. Through this work, they learned that healing begins within. When parents find calm and safety in themselves, children naturally follow.
The Conscious Kids Collection was created from these lessons, to help children and families build emotional awareness, find peace through breath, and reconnect with one another in even the most challenging and difficult moments.
